These terms cover how we work together when you use this site or engage SlopeFlux. Plain language, no fine-print games.
Using this site
You are welcome to browse and contact us. Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or misuse the contact form.
What we do
SlopeFlux builds custom software, web platforms, automation, and runs project rescues. The site describes our services in general terms; the specifics of any project live in a written proposal we agree with you.
Quotes and proposals
Prices shown on the site are starting points. The price and scope for your project are fixed in a written proposal after Discovery. Nothing on the site is a binding offer on its own.
Ownership of your work
For paid project work, the source code, IP, and assets are yours on final payment. We keep the right to describe the work at a high level unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are set in each proposal or agreement. Discovery is paid up front and credited toward your project if you continue.
Liability
We do our work with care, but the site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SlopeFlux is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and we work to standards compatible with EU business practice. The terms of a specific engagement are set in its own agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms as the studio evolves. The date above shows the last change. For active projects, the signed agreement takes precedence over this page.
