Agreed
before work starts.
Pick a starting point. We scope the rest to your budget, together.
A quote before anyone understands the problem is just a guess. Discovery is paid planning, not a sales call. We take a brief, review your current setup, and return with a written technical plan and fixed-price quote. The fee is credited back if you continue.
- Business & technical audit
- User flow mapping
- Scoped project proposal
- 60-min strategy call
Applied to your project if you continue.
Scope first, price second. We build what we quoted, nothing more and nothing less.
- Everything in Discover
- UX/UI design, built and delivered by the same team
- Full-stack development with your code, your tools, and no handoffs
- Weekly demos, Slack access, a shared board
- QA, launch & first month of Support & Growth included
Changes after launch: not included. See Support & Growth.
Go-live is where a lot of teams hand you off. We stay: same engineers, same codebase, no ramp-up time.
- Ongoing bug fixes & patches
- Dependency & security updates
- Up to 2 small features per month
- Slack access to your engineer
- Priority response within 24 hours
Not ready for monthly? €45/hr for one-off fixes. Larger work scoped separately.
Just need something simple and fast?
Simple sites for founders and small teams that need to get online fast. You own the code, we move quickly, and when you are ready for product work, Build is there.
Sometimes you don't need a vendor, you need a senior engineer on the team. Embedded is contract work inside your product: your sprints, your codebase, your standup. Some engagements run two months, some run years.
Shaped around how your team already works, not around a package.
- One senior engineer inside your team, not a rotating bench
- Your sprints, your repository, your standup
- B2B contract, from a couple of months to years
- English, EU business hours, UTC+3
- NDA, IP assignment, and SLA terms on request
Projects begin with Discovery. Embedded work does not.
Got left with
a half-built product?
A lot of teams won't touch another team's code. We do it every week. Send us what you have and we will tell you honestly what is worth saving and what it takes to finish it properly.
If we take on the recovery project, the 100€ is credited toward your Build.
- Full codebase audit
- Honest salvageability report
- Fixed-scope recovery proposal
- No sunk cost bias. We tell you the truth
- Same team takes it to launch
Questions we
get on every call.
Most projects run 6-14 weeks depending on scope. We break each engagement into two-week sprints with working demos, so you know where things stand. Discovery projects take 3 days. You get a written time estimate before development begins.
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, most clients move to Support & Growth, a monthly work block with the same engineers who built the product. We do not hand things to a support team that has never seen the code.
Both. We work with funded startups, bootstrapped founders, and established businesses. The Discovery tier was specifically designed for teams who are earlier-stage and want to validate before committing to a full build.
You do, fully. All IP, source code, and assets transfer to you upon final payment. We are happy to sign an NDA before any conversations begin.
No. Every project is led by senior engineers with production experience. We do not swap in juniors after the contract is signed. What is agreed in Discovery is what gets delivered — same commitment, all the way through.
Yes. Many of our best client relationships start with Discovery, move into a focused build, and continue through support as the product grows. You are not locked into a long commitment upfront.
